This newly constructed prestigious getaway reveals itself with a postcard-worthy covered front porch with custom wrought iron doors that welcomes guests into an impressive entry that immediately draws attention with its shiplap walls, brick herringbone-pattern floors, and custom built-in hall trees for coats and supplies. This lavish residence continued into a grand living room dominayed by soaring 2-story vaulted ceilings, a stately single tier ring chandelier, and a 20 ft floor-to-ceiling wall of windows that usher in panoramic vistas of the creek and lush woods. This opulent gathering space also showcases an amazing stone fireplace with large flat screen TV and contemporary, cozy furniture. These exquisite architectural details continue into the massive gourmet kitchen anchored by an oversized granite island, wrapped in custom cabinetry and gorgeous tiling, and accompanied by professional-quality stainless steel appliances. Two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two ovens, and a wine refrigerator maintain a streamlined approach to expressing your culinary creativity.  Meanwhile, a office desk and chair provides space for a variety of tasks, from returning emails to jotting down an itinerary for the group. While there is ample seating to be enjoyed at the kitchen island, the nearby dining table is ready to accommodate more formal meals or even an impromptu game of cards. Steps away on this same level, a huge, separate game room further enriches the remarkable lifestyle made available by this breathtaking estate.
